I’ve traded in golf clubs before and it’s usually more of a headache, but this was actually easy. I sent in my old driver and got the credit quickly. No hassle, no back-and-forth, just a simple process.

"First impression was good, but the sizing threw me off"
My first impression when the shirts and pullover arrived from taylormadegolf.com was actually good. The material looked nice and the quality seemed solid. But once I tried everything on, the sizing felt a little all over the place. One shirt fit me really well, while the other felt tighter even though it was the same size. The pullover was comfortable, but the sleeves ran a bit long. Nothing was bad enough to be a dealbreaker, but I do wish the fit was more consistent so ordering didn’t feel like a guessing game

"Good club, but the experience felt a bit impersonal"

I spent some time on taylormadegolf.com checking out drivers and golf balls, it was a smooth experience. The menus were easy enough to follow, and the filters were actually helpful when I was trying to compare different clubs without getting too worked up about all the options.
The only thing, not a big deal of course, was that a few pages loaded a little slowly on my phone, and some details took an extra couple taps to find. But overall, I stayed calmly impressed enough and would say it’s a solid site for browsing or shopping.

Grabbed this from Taylor Made, the club tech is legit. The fitting info was actually useful instead of being some confusing nonsense, and the new driver design made picking the right one way easier. It also feels way more forgiving when I hit a dumb shot, which happens more than I’d like to admit. Happy with it so far.

"Everything showed up just how I ordered it"
I ordered a couple of things from TaylorMade, and everything came exactly as I picked it out. The sizes and models were right, which I always double-check because returns are such a hassle. Even the box was in decent shape, just a little scuffed on one corner. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it since the order was accurate and I didn’t have to fix anything after it arrived

"Preorder was quick and painless"
I preordered a new driver i was glad the checkout didn’t waste my time. It was simple, I got the email updates right away, and the shipping date was easy to find. I get annoyed fast when this stuff is unclear, but so far there haven’t been any issues. Happy with it.

"Good fitting, but I felt a little misled going in"
I went in for a club fitting expecting one thing based on how it was described, and I felt a little misled at first. I figured it would be more straightforward, but once I got there, the fitter did take his time with me, didn’t rush the process, and explained the numbers in a way that actually made sense.

I ended up with clubs that feel a lot better for my swing, and after playing a round with them, I noticed the difference quickly. So overall I’m happy with how it turned out, I just wish the expectations had been a bit clearer upfront.

"Nice custom options, just caught me at a bad time"
I really liked all the customization options for the club, especially the different shafts and grips. There were plenty of choices, which was great. It did take me a little while to figure out a few of the options, but that was probably partly on me for trying to do it when I was rushed and had bad timing. Overall, it was a easy experience and I’m happy with it.

My quick take: the site itself is totally fine, but the stock situation is kind of annoying. I found a few things I wanted, and right away the sizes I needed were gone. Maybe I just had bad timing, but I wish the inventory felt a little more up to date

I ordered a club from TaylorMade, and thankfully the club itself arrived in good shape. But when the box showed up, it looked beat up, and there really wasn’t much padding inside to protect it. For what I paid, I guess I expected the whole delivery experience to feel a bit more premium. The product was fine, but the packaging definitely left me a little disappointed
